My First JOB

My first job was at Subway down by the WalMart. I got the job out of no where I got because i wanted to feel responsible and have money. When i started i was slow didn't know how to do anything afraid to mess up and get fired in the first week. After time i picked up the pace. I would be doing 2 things at once and getting them done at regular pace. The best part of working there is the smell of the fresh bread. It makes you so hungry and come break time you make your own sandwich and eat it with precision. My boss is not very tense you just cant lie and must keep everything clean. So i do so my wiping and making every shine shine shine. Overall my first job is the best job.

Hairs

My family has many different types of hair. My step tends to comb it like he just doesn't care. On some mornings it looks as if his hair was just hit by a tornado. But of the hair that he has left gray and old he wears it to perfection. My brother and I have they same boring hair. We wake up and it is the same as when we went to bed. It lays flat and sad and has one bad day a year and on that day we just wears hats. My sisters is thin blond wavy wispy hair. She combs it all the time making it smooth to run your hands threw. When she runs around it flies in the air like it just doesn't care. She puts many ribbons and hair decorations in her hair making it look like a master piece of art. My mothers hair is curly on some days and straight on others. She wears it like a model and matches her clothes to her hair. She has blond hair that sometimes smell like tanning oil or burnt from the curling iron. She wears it differently every day and makes me smile because she not a boring mom.

Eric....

I have been reading a book in my English class about poverty in south side chi town. In part II of the book a boy gets thrown out a window and fell 14 stories. The boys name was Eric. He was thrown over by two other boys, Johnny and Tyrone, because he wouldn't steal any candy from the local store. I don't think those boys were thinking when they did that. I bet they regret doing that. They have probably cried several nights after that occasion. If that meant to do it...i don't know what to say. I think that America needs to focus more on the problems within and not the wars without the country. If i were to live in such a bad neighborhood i would run and never look back. picture of boy in the projects >

The Nights of Blake Lanum

My nights consist of hopefully something good on TV. On Tuesday nights i like to go to the movie theater because its only $5 a movie. My girlfriends works on Wednesday and those days i like to go out with guys and hang out at one of their houses or play XBOX. Mostly other nights its me and my girlfriend hanging out till about 9 and then she goes home. After she leaves i hop online and check my fantasy sports teams. I always have got something going online between facebook and fantasy sports i check the computer a bit.

Mom Comes Home!!!!

Most days she is happy, which is awesome for me. If she is mad it mostly yelling about dumb stuff like: "clean up room, do some laundry, why are there dishes in the sink". Luckily that happens about once a week sometimes never. When she gets home I'm immediately looking for food or whats on the menu for the night. If theres nothing i want at home i normally go out for some fast food like Burger King or McDonald's. Me and my mom are like best friends, i tell her about a lot of stuff in my life that most kids wouldn't tell their parents. She gives me the best advice on things, especially on gifts i never know what to get people.

After School

Sometimes i have to work at my job which is at Subway. But since i have been sidelined with my surgery i am now just hanging out with my girlfriend, Hilary, after school . She normally comes over and we watch TV, maybe catch a good movie or we take naps together. Yes i know how boring and some my say gay that sounds but we've been together for about a year and seven months and that's what we enjoy together after school. On days i don't hang out with her i mostly play XBOX 360 and my main game is Halo 3 but i never mind quick game of Call of Duty 4 online with my friends. I can play video games all day, and i have before, several times.

School Time

Every morning when i get to Moline High School, i put my books away in my locker on the 3rd floor and go converse with my friends downstairs. My schedule at schools consists of:
1. Physics
2. Spanish
3. Lit & Lang III (this class)
4. Algebra 3
5. American Government
6. Athletic Study Hall
7.Study Hall (me in a sling )
I bet your wondering why i have 2 study halls in a row and that is because i had surgery on my dislocated shoulder and i am out of gym for awhile. So at school all day i sit in class trying to pay attention and get good grades. In between classes i normally go to my locker in between every class and people will walk by and i will talk. At lunch i usually hit up the deli/chicken/taco in a bag line. I spend a lot of money at school on the lunch mostly because I'm a hungry but sometimes i cant get enough of the schools soft cookies. When school is over i wait for my brother in the parking lot and wait to take us home.

Mornings

Every morning for me is the same pretty much on school days. I wake up to an annoying alarm clock and smack it really hard about 3 times. I think i broke it once or something i don't know i had to reset the time on it. After that i usually wonder to the shower(in picture left) and take about a 5 minute shower. Get out, get dressed and then go have glass of milk in the kitchen. Then i brush my teeth and go to school. I have to take my brother to school every morning because my mom makes me...i hate it. I drive a 1995 ford explorer that ready to break down at any minute. I don't mind that it is in bad condition it gets me from point A to B.
